Customer Service Rep Remote Appointment Setter Independent Contractor
Remote Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor) Earn Based on Results – Work From Home Mister Sparky Electric of PA is seeking a reliable, professional Appointment Setter to help convert inbound leads into booked electrical service appointments. This is a remote independent contractor position. You will contact homeowners, respond to leads, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and help ensure a great customer experience.
Compensation
Performance-Based Compensation:
- $10 per qualified appointment booked
- $10 when the appointment is completed
- $5 when the customer leaves a Google review
- $5 when a membership is sold
Monthly performance bonuses may be available.
Responsibilities
- Call new inbound leads immediately
- Respond to web forms and missed calls
- Contact leads from Google, Angi, Thumbtack, referrals, and website inquiries
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Reschedule canceled appointments
- Follow up on unsold estimates
- Request Google reviews after completed jobs
- Maintain detailed notes in company systems
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional phone presence
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet home office
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatching, sales support, or call centers preferred

Qualified Appointment Requirements To qualify for compensation, appointments must:
- Client must be located within our service area
- Include a valid phone number and address
- Be scheduled in company software
- Not be duplicate leads
- Not be spam or solicitation calls
- Remain scheduled through the appointment date
