Liquidity and Treasury Manager
About the position It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. We are looking for an experienced specialist to join us and ensure that all our treasury and liquidity outputs are robust, transparent, and aligned with regulatory expectations, internal risk appetite, and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the firm’s financial stability by delivering high‑quality liquidity insights, funding analysis, and treasury risk management. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will be actively involved in: Stress testing models to assess resilience. Designing and maintaining advanced treasury analytics. Supporting wider team projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Stress testing models to assess resilience.
- Designing and maintaining advanced treasury analytics.
- Supporting wider team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience operating within a CASS environment, including firms applying the full client money model.
- Strong up to date knowledge of best practice in treasury, liquidity risk, and financial analysis
- Previous exposure to stress-testing methodologies relating to liquidity and resilience.
- Prior experience of operating in a treasury and liquidity function.
- Adaptable and Resourceful – can apply sound judgement and initiative to solve problems and react to changing circumstances.
- Analytical and Problem ‑ Solving Skills - able to confidently identify root causes, assess control weaknesses, and drive sustainable remediation.
- Collaborative Team Player – plays an active role in maintaining a supportive environment and encouraging collective success.
- Confident User of IT Systems – able to quickly learn and use bespoke systems.
- Detail-Oriented - maintains highest standards of accuracy and technical rigour.
- Excellent Excel Skills - able to confidently use advanced Excel functionality, particularly for modelling and projections
- Professional Communication Skills – confident communicator with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilient – Able to work effectively during peaks of heavy workload and continue to meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivated & Reliable – enjoys taking ownership of tasks and can work effectively without supervision when required.
