A bit about us: We are working with a fast-growing, successful plaintiff employment litigation law firm in California that is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Paralegals to join the team!

• Location: 100% remote in California - must reside in CA and/or have experience with CA law
• Base Salary Range: N$90k-$120k/year based on experience

Job Details

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of California civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment litigation
• Strong experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to provide reliable support to assigned attorneys
• Experience working in a remote setting (preferred)
• Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification; ideally both)
