Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Guest Experience
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings Revenue & Performance Optimization
- Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance Systems & Automation
- Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
- Automate guest communication and operational processes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations
- Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and improve efficiency
- Maintain consistency and quality across all properties Candidate Profile Required
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment Preferred
- Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
- Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance
