[Hiring] Change Management Consultant @JMS Technical Solutions

Role Description Our client is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team! This is a remote/full-time/6-month contract position. Hourly based on experience Up to $80/HR. We are looking for a mid-level Change Management resource to support execution, planning, coordination, and cross-team partnership. This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver change activities, but is not responsible for defining the overall change strategy.

• Develop role-based training materials and learning content to support new processes and systems
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, and user documentation to reinforce adoption
• Draft and execute targeted change communications using approved messaging and templates
• Support the development and execution of communication and training plans tied to project milestones
• Partner with project managers and workstream leads to align CM deliverables with the project timeline
• Coordinate and track change management activities and deliverables across the project lifecycle
• Schedule and support training sessions, stakeholder briefings, and end-user enablement activities
• Maintain change, training, and communication asset repositories
• Gather stakeholder and user feedback and recommend content updates
• Provide regular status updates on training and communication readiness
• Support adoption and readiness tracking using defined metrics and reporting tools Qualifications
