Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical services and minor refurbishments on soft‑drink fountain equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards and safety protocols.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, including pump malfunctions, valve issues, and temperature control problems.
  • Maintain all refrigeration components in optimal working condition, conducting regular checks on compressors, condensers, and thermostats.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, part replacement, and system calibrations to minimize downtime.
  • Document service activities accurately in the arenaflex service management system, noting parts used, time spent, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Collaborate with the remote support team to coordinate parts shipments, schedule on‑site visits when necessary, and share best‑practice insights.
  • Provide courteous, solution‑focused customer interactions, explaining technical findings in clear, non‑technical language.
  • Uphold a positive, team‑oriented attitude, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including occasional weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) and holiday coverage as business needs dictate.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, enabling travel to client sites within the Tampa area.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in repairing beverage equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds safely.
