Why This Role Matters

As a Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our commercial clients, guiding them through complex financial products, resolving inquiries, and delivering an experience that sets the industry standard. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall success of arenaflex’s Business Blueprint suite—including the arenaflex Business Line of Credit, checking, payment acceptance, and small‑business card solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Stewardship: Lead the servicing of arenaflex Business Line of Credit and related Business Blueprint products, shaping the future of our commercial servicing strategy.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound phone and chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and speed, handling an average of 80‑100 calls per day.
  • Account Maintenance: Perform account updates, transaction processing, and fund inquiries across checking, lending, and payment‑acceptance platforms.
  • Rewards & Redemption Support: Guide customers through rewards programs, ensuring end‑to‑end resolution of redemption questions.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, escalating when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines, safeguarding both the customer and arenaflex.
  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices, mentor new hires, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Care team.
  • Data‑Driven Performance: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, and clear communication.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple web‑based platforms and servicing tools simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial servicing, credit analysis, or commercial banking.
