Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer and engage inbound calls from small business owners and key decision‑makers, actively listening to understand their unique needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Recommend appropriate arenaflex Small Business Services (SBS) products, articulating features, benefits, and value propositions that align with each client’s goals.
  • Product Knowledge Excellence: Maintain deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s product suite, ensuring accurate and compelling communication of product details.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport quickly, nurture trust, and develop long‑term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Objection Handling & Closing: Apply proven sales techniques to address concerns, overcome objections, and close sales in a courteous, customer‑first manner.
  • Customer Care Delivery: Provide swift, accurate answers to account‑related questions, adhering to a fast‑paced, structured environment.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document all interactions and account information per arenaflex policies, while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to sharpen selling skills and enhance service quality.
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate from the Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center, balancing on‑site and virtual workdays after the initial 90‑day onboarding period.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience with a demonstrated passion for building loyalty through active listening and consultative relationship building.
  • Proven track record of success in a combined customer service and sales environment (at least two years).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven setting while multitasking across multiple web‑based tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (arenaflex offers education benefits for further learning).
  • Availability to work an 8‑hour shift within the operating window of 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST, Monday through Sunday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning or operating a small business, providing firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by our customers.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in sales, finance, or customer experience management.
