Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex is responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining data across our database systems with the highest degree of accuracy.   • Database Maintenance and Updates: Regularly review, update, and maintain records to ensure that all information remains current and relevant. This includes adding new entries, editing existing records, and archiving outdated information as needed.
  • Report Generation and Analysis Support: Create detailed reports from the database to support internal analysis, project reviews, and decision-making processes. Present findings in a clear, organized format that is easy for team members to interpret.
  • Data Integrity and Security Compliance: Follow all established data protection protocols and confidentiality guidelines to safeguard sensitive information. Identify and report any potential security risks or breaches to the appropriate supervisor.
  • File Organization and Management: Assist with the organization, categorization, and management of both physical and digital files. Ensure that all documentation is properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable by authorized team members.

Compensation and Benefits
