Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. College coursework or degree preferred for specialized roles, particularly the Healthcare Customer Support Specialist position.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with employment regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 11 required), strong typing skills of at least 25 words per minute, and comfort navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications
