Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Resolution Coordinator

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, responsible for delivering top-tier service across multiple communication channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls, live chats, and email correspondence from customers, store personnel, and internal associates on a daily basis.
