Insurance Policy Service Representative
About the position AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for joyful individuals to join an extraordinary team and help members over the phone. With over 100 years of experience, members trust AAA with all of their insurance needs. The Insurance Policy Service Representative handles incoming customer inquiries and explains insurance coverage, and is responsible for implementing policy changes for Members on their home and auto insurance. This position is based in our Portland Administrative Headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Handles incoming customer inquiries
- Explains insurance coverage
- Implements policy changes for Members on their home and auto insurance
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and desire to help
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire required
- Strong technical skills including use of multiple computer programs, Microsoft Office products and Internet applications
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
