Healthcare Audit Reviewer/Data Entry

Description Position Overview Client provides services to health insurance companies (client) to support medical record reviews and audits. In this role you will support and participate in the Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy audits with our clients.

Job Description

Provide overall audit support with duties that include, but are not limited to

• Accountable for performing critical initial review of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information with readiness for validation review processing functions across multiple client source systems; requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality control
• Review client source system screenshots alongside expected data while navigating multiple computer screens
• Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization, securely handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and supporting regulated deadlines
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications, Adobe and the ability to navigate in a web based tool Requirements
• Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2 years office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software tools
• Knowledge of member demographics, health insurance policies and source systems is recommended
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility Requirements Apply To Some Benefits And May Depend On Your Job Classification And Length Of Employment.
