Optimal Care Therapy - Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Virtual or In Person Location: Chicago, Illinois Company: Optimal Care Therapy Job Summary: Optimal Care ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with children ages 0-15 with autism, developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour
- Part-Time: Case by case basis, with potential to build to Full Time
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Virtual or In-Home, if within 30 miles

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Illinois certification required (LBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
