Experienced Part-Time Remote Operations Manager – Customer Experience and Logistics Coordination

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Our Operation's workflow is a complex yet harmonious dance of three major components the First mile, where products are housed and ready for order; the Middle mile, where orders are hauled to your area; and the Last mile, when products are delivered to the customer's door. Our vision and dedication to the customer are the constants that drive our success. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements As a Part-Time Remote Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, operations management) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving exceptional results
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a logistics or e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
• Experience working with hourly workforce and labor laws
