Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our staffing needs are consistently met by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and coordinating training for new team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire new talent to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they develop into key contributors

Compensation Overview

  • Base Performance Bonuses: Earn consistent bonuses based on recruitment and retention success
  • Commission Structures: Generate commissions on new client acquisitions and product sales
  • Residual Income: Build long-term residual income streams as your client portfolio grows
  • Override Earnings: Earn override commissions on the performance of team members you recruit and train
  • Part-Time Earning Potential: Typical part-time compensation ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 per month (commensurate with effort and experience)
