Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input claim details, policy numbers, and supporting documentation into arenaflex’s proprietary claims management platform.
  • Information Follow‑Up: Identify missing or incomplete data, reach out to claimants, providers, or internal teams, and obtain the necessary information to keep claims moving forward.
  • Invoice Review: Examine invoices associated with claims for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Report Generation: Compile and distribute regular reports that summarize claim statuses, processing times, and any outstanding items for management review.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with claims adjusters, underwriting specialists, and the finance department to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless claim lifecycle management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, documentation standards, and communication protocols to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in data and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor when interacting with claimants and internal stakeholders.
