- Assist with onboarding, account updates, and client documentation
- Collaborate with remote leadership and support teams to ensure efficient service and client satisfaction
- Develop long-term client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, account support, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required
