What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Gather business requirements and provide solutions from the design stage to delivery
- Manage multiple projects and communicate status updates effectively to Project Managers
- Detail and explain the methodology used in analyses upon request
- Write use cases and specifications for changes
- Develop test plans and participate in testing implemented changes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent communication skills, including written, spoken, presentation, and listening abilities
- Experience with Centura versions 6.2 or 7.2
- Ability to document and communicate complex process flows
- Proven experience in understanding scalability and implementing changes for customer support solutions
- Ability to clearly articulate and write business requirements, including use cases and specifications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Gupta SQL
