Position DetailsTasks: Prospect (cold-call) via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads for a pipeline; consistently meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling to drive revenue growth Expectations for probationary period (hire month plus the following 2 calendar months) Weekly average of 45 calls a day Average 4 meetings scheduled per month Expectations following probationary period Weekly average of 45 calls and/or 60 minutes of talk time per day Average 1.5 sales per month Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in systems to ensure data integrity for reporting and pipeline management Assist leadership or team members with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks as requested to support team efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and continuously improve skills Support cross-departmental initiatives that enhance client experience or operational efficiency to foster collaboration and improve overall customer satisfaction Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding or training when requested to share knowledge and promote team development Required Skills & Certifications: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and general computer skills Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail Driven with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop sales skills within a dynamic company and growing industry Self-motivated to complete tasks independently Works well in a team and collaborates effectively Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities Portrays Logical Position's core values: Integrity, Driven, Transparent, Dynamic, Collaborative, and Fun This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions (as covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act) expected of an employee in this position.
