Remote Customer Service Chat Agent (No Experience, No Phone, Immediate Start)

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, resolve technical issues, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood after interacting with you. Manage several chats at once, think creatively when challenges pop up, and turn customer frustrations into positive outcomes. Rate $35 per hour.

Requirements

You just need a reliable internet connection and any device—laptop, tablet, or phone—to get started immediately. Clear written communication and solid typing speed are essential skills for this role. Previous customer service experience isn't necessary. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one. Hours per Week Start with a minimum of 10 hours weekly, and pick up additional shifts whenever it works for you.
