JOB DESCRIPTION: Proven work experience in technical writing, demonstrating ability to synthesize and chunk multiple source of information into knowledge management categories with procedural, process and conceptual information for an insurance operations area Ability to grasp complex concepts needed as well as ability to adhere to established writing guidelines Ability to accept feedback from multiple sources and work through ambiguities is critical. Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts Team experience desired. Proofreading and copy editing experience also desired Successful candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work under deadlines Strong working knowledge of MS Office products and authoring in a content management system needed. Prior knowledge management system work valuable. Desired candidate will have a specific technical writing skillset, NOT to include IT, technical or medical writing experience. Interested in candidates who have experience writing procedures/processes for operational areas. Flexible between a 7:30 am Central start time and a 5:00 pm central time end time. A writing sample will be required prior to interviewing Requirements: Bachelors degree Minimum 5 years of proven experience working with subject matter experts to create assets that simplify product capabilities Organization Skills: Demonstrated superior ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in fast-paced, team and independent environment Analytical Skills: Results-driven focus with ability to use data intelligence to influence decisions and refine strategies Experience and knowledge in either the Insurance industry OR the Investment industry A bit about us- Adecco is the worldwide leader in staffing because of all the great people we have working with us.
