Key Responsibilities: • Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to HCA policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. • Manage incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. • Actively engage in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. • Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
