Sightly is looking for a highly motivated, inherently curious, results-oriented individual to join our Performance Management Team in the UK. As a Performance Manager, you will help us activate and optimise media through the lens of Brand Mentality® while driving performance for our clients. What you’ll work on: Execute online ad campaigns from top agencies & brands, including setup, launch, pacing, & optimisation. Navigate and utilise multiple platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest on a daily basis. Become an expert at using Sightly’s proprietary platforms, including Brand Mentality®. Ensure campaigns adhere to precise technical specifications set forth by clients and internal strategic optimised set up. Address & provide support for clients & internal team members regarding campaign inquiries (i.e. status request, optimisations, troubleshooting). Oversee accuracy of campaign reporting, data measurement, and overall campaign success. Act as a liaison between the Performance Management Team to Sales, Marketing, Product, & Account Management teams to ensure top-notch campaign performance & service. Analyse campaigns to identify areas of opportunity for growth. Work closely with other team members in managing requests and the documentation of these details for the benefit of inter-departmental accuracy and communications. Identify and escalate priority issues, redirecting them to appropriate resources. Responsible for reaching and exceeding team revenue goals. Stay current with system and standard operating procedure changes and updates. Enjoy working with smart, knowledgeable, passionate colleagues within a supportive team. Qualifications: Must have experience working in Google Ads. At least 3-5 years experience in ad operations, programmatic media, and/or campaign management required. Familiarity in managing Search, Display, CTV and/or Video Advertising Campaigns is a plus, including the utilisation of DV360 Experience managing TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and/or Amazon advertising Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets Experience using Salesforce is a plus Qualities we’re looking for: Knowledge of or experience in the digital advertising and/or marketing field Proficient in process management while keeping extreme attention to detail Creative thinking, resourcefulness, multi-tasking, and problem solving Proactive personality with a drive to implement, execute, and accomplish results daily Desire to learn new technologies Self starter, focused, organised, and eager to learn Excellent communications and presentation skills Collaborative mentality and the ability to ideate & develop new business solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to move quickly throughout tasks Outstanding time management skills and ability to move from project to project as needed Location: This role is located in the UK.
