Sr Financial/Business Analyst -- Remote | WFH
Position: Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, interpreting, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts to drive our financial planning and control strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis and provide technical support to assess current and future financial performance. Lead thorough reviews of submitted data, ensuring accuracy and integrity; promptly addressing discrepancies and identifying adverse trends. Prepare compelling presentations for management, board of directors, and governing bodies, offering diverse financial insights. Make essential contributions to the development and implementation of policies and processes within the assigned function(s). Support management reviews of operations by conducting cost-benefit analyses, comparing various operating programs, and exploring alternative finance methods when necessary. Mentor and guide other team members as applicable. Contribute to various projects as assigned by your direct supervisor. Fulfill other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Your role may involve focusing on specific departments or locations; refer to the applicable addendum for department or location-specific functions. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
Experience:
5 - 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years' experience; or a PhD without experience.
Skills:
Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and email applications. Experience in business warehouse (BW) and financial systems preferred (e.g., SAP, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
