Project Implementation Manager - SaaS (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Project Implementation Manager at Marmind who combines technical understanding with strong organizational skills to help us implement and further develop digital solutions. This position can be based either in the Entirely Office / Location Vienna or Location Premstätten or full remote (Austria). To be successful in this position, you ideally have the following qualifications and skills:Experience in the technical configuration or deployment of complex software solutions, ideally in a SaaS or digital project environment Familiarity with interfaces and data-driven systems - e.g. through APIs, data imports or workflow design Sound experience in project management, preferably with a focus on digital solutions or IT-related projects Confident handling of common project management and collaboration tools Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus Analytical and structured way of thinking, paired with a hands-on mentality Strong quality awareness, detail orientation and enjoy clear documentation Strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels Ability to work under pressure and solution-oriented in dynamic project phases Interest in new technologies and a high willingness for personal development Ability to work in a team and a strong understanding of customer needs Technical implementation & system designYou support the technical configuration of software solutions and design efficient, scalable technical concepts. You work with interfaces and integrate data from different system sources. You will develop technical solution concepts based on technical requirements and ensure compliance with defined standards. Project management & collaboration with customersYou will be responsible for planning and implementing projects - including time, budget and resource management. You are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - from needs assessment to successful implementation You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth flow of information without direct management responsibility. Quality assurance & continuous improvementYou establish or support test processes and quality controls to ensure stable system configurations. You contribute your own ideas to further develop processes - for example through automation or the use of new technologies.
