Job Description
Title: Product Marketing Manager Reporting to: Director of Product Management Location: Remote, strong preference for Eastern and Central Timezone Dermsquared is seeking a leader to support development of a pipeline of innovative professional services and help advance dermatology professionals and how they care for their patients. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on concepting, developing, and enabling the commercialization of custom digital product and professional services for clinicians and industry partners further strengthening the trust dermatology has in our company as their strategic partner. Through inspiring leadership and collaboration, the Product Marketing Manager will work with the commercial team to support development of a clear and sustainable path to engaging HCPs and industry partners. The Product Manager will have a demonstrated ability to structure strategic plans in service of a greater vision. They will be a strong collaborator with the ability to inspire and motivate key partners and stakeholders for consistent results outpacing expectations. Responsibilities ? Support development of the custom digital products and the professional services segment of the portfolio ? Ensure strong voice of end customer in all product concept and development work ? Launch specific products for broader ecosystem through the annual planning cycle ? Maintain overall digital platform experience in service of HCP needs Requirements ? Bachelor's degree ? 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or product development ? Prior experience in a growing startup or similar environment is a plus ?
