About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support retail operations focused on pools and spa products. This role involves providing expert guidance, troubleshooting customer concerns, and turning inquiries into sales opportunities. If you are confident with pool systems, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a sales-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a CSR, you will be the front line of customer support and sales, handling: Expert customer support via phone, email, and walk-ins (pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting) Creating accurate quotes for pool packages, equipment upgrades, liners, and parts Driving sales through upselling chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment Performing water testing and providing chemical treatment recommendations Processing orders and coordinating with service and delivery teams
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year experience in the swimming pool and spa industry Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, water balancing, and equipment/parts Proven sales ability with experience in quoting and closing sales Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to quickly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing systems Apply To This Job
