We are building our B2B/B2G operation in Brazil and looking for a highly entrepreneurial Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us expand across: companies, universities, NGOs, workforce development programs, and institutional partnerships. This person will work directly with the Head of Brazilian Market to originate and develop strategic opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for the region. What you will do Develop new B2B/B2G partnership opportunities; Build relationships with enterprises, universities, NGOs, and institutional partners; Lead consultative sales conversations and strategic meetings; Structure proposals and partnership models; Manage pipeline and partnership development process; Help build the commercial playbook for Brazil;
Requirements
Experience selling B2B education, corporate learning, workforce development, or EdTech solutions; Strong relationship-building and communication skills; Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-moving environments; Hands-on and highly proactive; Experience with universities, L&D, ESG, employability, or impact-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
