French Sales Advisor Remote in Portugal

We are currently recruiting French-Speaking Retention & Sales Advisors to join one of Switzerland's leading telecommunications providers. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting products and services tailored to each customer's needs. This is a fully remote position within Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while building a career in the telecommunications sector. Your Role As a Retention & Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers. Retain customers who are considering cancelling or changing their services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and promotions. Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities. Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. Meet and exceed retention, sales, and quality targets. Ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level). Previous experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales, or contact centres is highly valued. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance objectives. Salary & Benefits Monthly Compensation Package Base Salary: €920 Language Allowance (French + English): €250 Performance Bonus: Up to €360 Assiduity Allowance: €110 Flex Work Allowance: €60 Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (approximately €214/month) Additional Benefits Remote work within Portugal.
