Customer Service Representative
Description Trueline provides all types of residential, commercial, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys and lien searches, with a commitment to accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an essential component for real estate-type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents. Trueline is a Joint Venture between Exacta Land Surveyors and Anywhere Integrated Systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to manage the full lifecycle of incoming survey orders — from intake and vendor assignment through delivery and client communication. Position Responsibilities Monitor and process incoming order files on an hourly basis, uploading and entering orders into the order management system Assign survey orders to appropriate vendors based on geography and capacity Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and deliverables to clients primarily via email Review completed survey deliverables for accuracy prior to client delivery; identify and resolve errors Respond to client inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and corrections Process order cancellations according to established procedures Generate and distribute monthly client statements Escalate complex or non-routine issues to the appropriate internal contact Perform light accounting tasks, including bill entry and vendor information coordination Position Schedule & Reporting This is a remote position, preferably with a candidate located in OH. Hours are M-F, 8-5.
Requirements
