OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Bilingual Help: Act as the main contact for Croatian-speaking guests and our global network of hotel partners. Managing Travel Plans: Handle important reservation changes, special requests, and urgent cancellations with total care. Solving Arguments: Help fix tricky disagreements about hotel stays, check-in problems, and money transactions. Using Computers: Use advanced customer software to manage information and make the customer's journey smooth. Protecting our Quality: Keep up the high service standards of a famous global travel company. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: LOGICAL & KIND We want people who can think logically while still being friendly and understanding with customers. Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian, plus good professional English (B2 level or higher). Problem Solver: The ability to handle difficult issues with kindness, confidence, and speed. Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with different computer programs and digital tools. No Experience Needed: You do not need to have worked in travel before. We give you full, paid professional training. Reliability: Ready to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts.
