Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Local Marketing Manager you will be a crucial component to growing the C4 brand in your assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Local Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness and product consumption in priority markets through hyper-localized, culture-forward marketing. This role owns the local strategy—bringing national brand priorities to life through community events, retail activations, campus programs, event sponsorships and partnerships with local talent, athletes, and influencers. You will lead and manage field teams to execute high-impact sampling and experiential moments that connect directly with target consumers where they live, train, and socialize. What You're Good At: Own and execute the local marketing strategy for assigned market, translating national brand priorities into culturally relevant, high-impact local programs Plan, manage, and optimize field marketing, sampling, and experiential activations at key moments in local culture (events, campuses, retail, fitness, nightlife, community) Lead, coach, and manage Field Marketing Managers and Brand Ambassadors, ensuring best-in-class execution, professionalism, and brand representation Build and manage local partnerships with retailers, gyms, colleges, events, talent, athletes, and influencers to drive awareness and trial Serve as the local market expert and brand voice, providing insights on culture, trends, competitors, and opportunities unique to the region Partner closely with Sales, DSD partners, and Retail Marketing to support launches, promotions, and in-store execution that drive velocity Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to maximize impact and efficiency Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs (events executed, samples distributed, impressions, household penetration indicators, velocity drivers) Identify what’s working locally and optimize or pivot strategies to improve performance and scale best practices across markets Ensure all activations and partnerships are on-brand, compliant, and operationally sound What You Contribute: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or related field Has 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning Experience working with Beverage DSD’s and/or distribution partners Has demonstrated leadership ability Experience managing and developing field or local marketing teams (hiring, coaching, performance management) Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Marketing, Influencer/Talent, and Brand teams Strong budget ownership experience, including forecasting, spend tracking, and ROI optimization Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and is a collaborative team player Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrates and excels with communication skills Is a social chameleon and can network with a wide range of industries and personalities Is extremely organized and can juggle multiple, competing priorities Is creative and resourceful; can resolve issues/problems that may come up in the field Can think and plan strategically and holistically but also demonstrates exceptional attention to detail Must be willing to work nights and weekends Is self-motivated and a self-starter Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job Why Nutrabolt?
