About the Role: The GTM Reporting Analyst is the person who takes the business questions our RevOps and go-to-market teams are asking and turns them into reporting that actually changes how people operate. Your primary internal customer is the RevOps Analyst. By extension, your work serves every team they support: Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. When the RevOps Analyst arrives at a meeting with a clear point of view, it is often because you built the dashboard, wrote the query, or structured the data that made that view possible. This is a deeply collaborative role built on a tight working relationship with RevOps and a shared commitment to making the right data visible to the right people at the right time. This is not a data engineering role. You are not building pipelines or owning infrastructure. What you are is a reporting and visualization specialist with genuine GTM business acumen. You understand what good looks like across the full customer lifecycle, you know how to get to the truth in a dataset, and most importantly you know how to present that truth in a way that is clear, credible, and actionable. The "so what" question is never an afterthought for you. It is where you start. Your Immediate Impact: Dashboard and Report Development — Build and maintain trusted, self-serve dashboards in Metabase that serve the full GTM organization. Every dashboard you build should answer a specific business question, reduce dependence on ad-hoc requests, and be legible to a non-technical stakeholder without a walkthrough. SQL and Data Modeling — Write clean, well-documented SQL against Snowflake to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting. Translate business logic from RevOps into queries and data structures that produce accurate, repeatable outputs. Where dbt models exist or need to be created, partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure the right foundations are in place. KPI Definition and Metric Governance — Partner with the RevOps Analyst to define, document, and standardize the GTM metrics that matter most across marketing, retention, support, and revenue. Own the source of truth for how those metrics are calculated and ensure consistency across dashboards and reports. Insight Communication — Go beyond the chart. When a dashboard surfaces something unexpected, a trend worth investigating, or a signal that leadership should act on, your job is to name it clearly and frame the implications. Reporting without interpretation is noise. Your contribution is turning data into a point of view. Cross-functional Data Partnership — Work closely with the RevOps Analyst to understand what business questions each team is trying to answer, prioritize the reporting roadmap accordingly, and deliver outputs that are both technically accurate and genuinely useful to the people receiving them. Data Quality and Validation — Take ownership of the accuracy of your outputs. Before any dashboard or report is shared, you verify it. When numbers look off, you investigate. When something is wrong upstream, you surface it clearly to the right person rather than publishing results you cannot stand behind. Success Metrics: The quality of your work is measured by whether it gets used, trusted, and acted on. Specific indicators include the adoption rate of self-serve dashboards across the GTM organization, the reduction in ad-hoc reporting requests over time, the accuracy and consistency of KPI definitions across reporting surfaces, and the speed at which the RevOps team and business leaders can get to a credible answer when a question arises. The ultimate measure is whether the people you serve feel more informed and more confident in their decisions because of the work you produce. Who You Are: 3 or more years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or business intelligence role, ideally supporting a GTM, RevOps, or go-to-market function. Strong, hands-on SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries against a cloud data warehouse, with direct experience in Snowflake strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency building dashboards and reports in Metabase, including structuring questions, building collections, and designing for self-serve adoption by non-technical users. Deep understanding of GTM KPIs across the full customer lifecycle including funnel conversion, pipeline health, campaign performance, customer retention, CSAT, SLA attainment, and expansion revenue. A genuine "so what" orientation: you do not consider a dashboard finished when the data is technically correct. You consider it finished when a business stakeholder can look at it, understand what it means, and know what to do next. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience partnering with RevOps, operations, or strategy team as an internal customer, with the discipline to prioritize based on business impact rather than personal technical interest. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to dbt for data modeling and transformation, including an understanding of how clean, well-tested models improve reporting reliability downstream. Familiarity with HubSpot data structures and how CRM data maps into a warehouse environment, particularly around contact lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and ticket objects. Experience establishing or contributing to a metric governance framework including documented definitions, agreed calculation logic, and version control for key KPIs. Experience in a B2C or B2B SaaS company, a RevOps consulting environment, or a high-growth startup where speed and clarity of insight matter as much as analytical rigor. Comfortable working from loosely defined business questions and translating them into a well-scoped reporting deliverable without needing a detailed specification handed to you This Role Will Excite You IF: You believe the best analysts are not the ones who can pull the most data but the ones who know which data answers the question and how to show it simply. You get frustrated by dashboards that technically work but nobody uses. You care about the business context behind every query you write, and you take personal pride in work that makes the people around you faster, sharper, and more confident. You want to be the person in the room who already has the answer before someone finishes asking the question. Team & Autonomy: You will work in close partnership with the RevOps Analyst, who serves as the primary bridge between business teams and the data function. Together you form the core of a reporting capability that serves the entire go-to-market organization. You will have the autonomy to own the Metabase environment, shape how GTM metrics are defined and visualized, and build a reporting roadmap that reflects where the business needs clarity most. You will not own data pipelines or infrastructure but you will have a strong working relationship with the Data Engineering team and the judgment to know when to escalate a data quality or modeling issue versus when to solve it yourself. Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and Finance. Company Benefits: Competitive salary and 401k plan + company matching opportunities. Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health insurance package including medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, STD/LTD, HSA, and FSA with dependent care. Flexible Work Arrangement: We’re a fully remote workforce that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance by allowing some autonomy in work hours. Generous Paid Time Off policy, enabling you to recharge, spend quality time with loved ones, and pursue personal interests outside of work. Supportive Team Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is encouraged, fostering a culture of success and mutual respect.
