Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA
We're partnering with a clinician-owned and operated ABA organization, to find a talented remote, hybrid, or onsite BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This is an ongoing position starting with a 27-52 week contract, supporting client needs across various locations. There is no application deadline for this role. *BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst* *Responsibilities*:
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies, adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and licensure requirements related to behavior analysis.
*BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst* *Qualifications*:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Experience designing and executing behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable state regulations and ethical standards.
