YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER ----------------------------------------------- Design at Kolsquare is about crafting meaningful, intuitive, and delightful experiences that empower our users to thrive in the influencer marketing world. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process — from discovery to delivery — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will be part of a team of 4 designers (3 permanent & 1 part-time freelancer) and will report to the Chief Product Officer. You will work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that both UX and UI reach the highest level of excellence. This role requires deep expertise in product design, a strong ability to turn insights into actionable designs, and the passion to advocate for users at every stage of product development. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES User Experience Leadership: Conduct user research, map user journeys, and design flows to ensure seamless and efficient user experiences across the platform. Interface Design Excellence: Create pixel-perfect interfaces that embody clarity, consistency, and modern design trends, aligned with Kolsquare’s brand identity. Product Ownership: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, brainstorm solutions, and validate ideas through prototyping and testing. Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve Kolsquare’s design system to maintain consistency while enabling rapid product iterations. Data-Informed Decisions: Leverage insights and analytics in shaping design decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate design workshops, present concepts to stakeholders, and champion a user-centered culture across the company. YOUR PROFILE ------------------------------ You are a Designer and a Strategist: You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design, with deep expertise in both UX and UI — and you always connect your design decisions to real business outcomes. Your portfolio speaks for itself: You can show end-to-end work — from early user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and shipped products that made a measurable difference. You understand the Creator Economy: You aren't just a user of social media — you grasp the workflows, pain points, and business models of influencers and content creators. Prior experience in influencer marketing or martech is a strong plus. At minimum, you've worked in a B2B SaaS company, a marketplace, a CRM, or a similar environment. You are tool-sharp and AI-curious: You are proficient with Figma and modern collaboration platforms, and you actively leverage AI to accelerate research and prototyping — without ever letting it compromise the quality of your output. You lead with empathy: You have a genuine passion for understanding users and translating their needs into elegant, high-impact solutions — not just beautiful screens. You are a clear and confident communicator: You can articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you know how to bring people along on your thinking. You are proactive and thrive in motion: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you bring both strategic vision and sharp attention to detail to everything you ship.
