Experiential Learning Placements Lead II
Position Summary: Lead II, Experiential Learning Placements supports Specialist III and IV collaborators by providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality site onboarding, year-round outreach, and compliance with placement processes. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and professional communication without performing the day-to-day workload of the specialists. Role and Responsibilities: Mentor and provide guidance to Specialist III and IV collaborators to maintain adherence to SOPs and best practices. Review complex site or learner communications for accuracy and escalate deviations to management. Support onboarding and training of new Specialists III and IV. Monitor KPIs and team metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management. Assist with problem-solving and resolution for escalated site or learner issues. Collaborate with Specialists III and IV to identify process improvements and optimize workflows. Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to support team alignment. Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRMs, portals, and placement tools across the team. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Proven proficiency in Specialist III or IV role for at least one year. Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. Familiarity with complex site onboarding, portals, and outreach processes. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Budgeted Hiring Range $33.89—$36.88 USD All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
