[Remote] Financial Management & FP&A AI Trainer, $120–$140/hour

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LinkedIn is seeking a skilled Financial Management / FP&A professional to work as a project consultant in their AI Labor Marketplace. The role involves developing and evaluating realistic financial management scenarios focused on budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, strategic planning, and investment evaluation within enterprise and growth-stage organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design real-world, domain-specific finance management prompts that reflect day-to-day FP&A and financial leadership responsibilities
• Create complex, ambiguous scenarios involving budgeting tradeoffs, forecasting uncertainty, performance variance analysis, or strategic investment decisions
• Develop criteria-based rubrics with defined categories such as financial rigor, strategic reasoning, assumptions quality, stakeholder alignment, and decision clarity
• Evaluate AI-generated model responses against the rubric
• Identify gaps in financial logic, forecasting methodology, performance interpretation, or strategic judgment
• Produce a golden response that reflects how a senior finance leader would analyze the problem and communicate a recommendation
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning in finance leadership and enterprise decision-making context Skills
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance leadership
• Backgrounds may include Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Head of Financial Planning, Financial Performance Reporting Lead, Growth Strategist, or Investment Opportunity Evaluator
• Direct experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and executive-facing financial analysis
• Comfortable operating independently and applying senior-level financial judgment Benefits
