Acquisitions Closer — Wholesale Real Estate (Remote OR DFW/Houston)
Job Overview We're hiring an Acquisitions Closer to take seller leads from first call to signed contract. You'll work a CRM full of high-intent inbound leads motivated sellers who already raised their hand through PPC, paid social, and direct mail. Focused outreach on aged and warm opportunities. Behind you: an in-house Acquisition HUB, a daily mock call trainer to sharpen the knife on the clock, and a weekly 1:1 with the CEO who's been doing this 10+ years. Our dispo team closes behind every contract you sign so deals fund. Comp is 15% flat commission on every deal — wholesale and novation, same rate, no tenure gate, no cap. A weekly draw is available during your build period. Year-one OTE earners clear ~$90K; Gold-tier sustained runs $160-170K; Platinum sustained pushes $250K+. - Set appointments + inbound lead routing post-onboarding. Once you've completed onboarding, our lead manager routes qualified set appointments and high-intent inbound leads into your calendar.
- Acquisition HUB — your pipeline, offer queue, EOD, and deal handoff all in one custom tool.
- Daily Mock Call Trainer — sharpen the knife on the clock, not just on live sellers.
- Weekly 1:1 with the CEO — 10+ years in the business. Scorecard reviews, call tape coaching, no fluff.
- Novation-first deal strategy — higher ceilings than straight assignment-only shops.
- Our dispo team closes behind you so the deals you sign actually fund.
- Multi-market footprint — your ceiling isn't tied to one city.
Duties
- Source and qualify motivated-seller leads from our CRM daily.
- Run the full sales cycle — initial call, follow-up, comps, offer structuring, negotiation, contract.
- Structure both wholesale and novation offers based on seller motivation and property fit.
- Present offers and close — wholesale or novation, whichever exit serves the deal.
- Hand off contracted deals to our dispo team in shape to fund.
- Stay sharp through daily mock calls and post-call coaching review.
- Hit weekly activity standards — dials, talk-time, offers, contracts.
The Income 15% flat commission on every closed deal — wholesale and novation. Rolling 90-day bonus tiers paid monthly. Weekly draw available during your build period. All uncapped. At our average deal economics ($15K avg assignment fee, $27.5K avg novation fee, 15% flat to you):
- Year 1 ramp: ~$90K · ~30 deals/yr · ~2-3/mo
- Silver tier sustained ($60K/mo revenue avg → +$1K/mo bonus): ~$120K · ~36 deals/yr · 3/mo
- Gold tier sustained ($80K/mo revenue avg → +$2K/mo bonus): ~$168K · ~48 deals/yr · 4/mo
- Platinum tier sustained ($100K/mo revenue avg → +$5K/mo bonus): ~$240K · ~60 deals/yr · 5/mo
- Ceiling: uncapped — top performers push past Platinum.

- Full-cycle closing experience — 1-2+ years in real estate acquisitions OR high-ticket B2C / B2B closing.
- Strong negotiation skills — you close confidently while keeping the relationship intact.
- Disciplined follow-up — you don't drop leads, you don't avoid hard conversations.
- Sharp on a call — you can hear motivation, objection patterns, and timing in the seller's voice and adjust in real time.
- Comfortable analyzing comps, structuring offers (wholesale + novation), and walking sellers through math.
- Organized — you can hold 30+ live leads at different pipeline stages and not let any slip.
- Coachable — you want feedback on your tape, not just your numbers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required.

Year 2 Crush year one and two paths open:
- Path A — Acquisitions Lead. Own a small bench of newer reps, share of override on their production, continue closing your own deals. Builder track.
- Path B — Killer track. Continue as a top-producer closer with no ceiling and no management load. Platinum-and-beyond comp territory.
