Senior Manager - Casino CRM Analytics
About the position We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Manager of Casino CRM Analytics to lead analytics and serve as the primary analytics partner for the Casino and Past Motor Racing CRM team. This is not just a reporting role. This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing Analytics organization. You will lead measurement and analytical capabilities for Casino CRM and contribute to broader talent development within the CRM Analytics team. You’ll partner closely with Casino CRM Marketing and Operations to ensure decisions are driven by rigorous analysis, sound experimentation, and forward-looking insights — not intuition alone. As a relatively new team, this function offers a rare opportunity to build from the ground up: enforcing standards, implementing modern tooling (including AI where it meaningfully drives value), and establishing a culture of analytical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build & Lead a High-Performance Analytics Team
- Develop and mentor a team of CRM analysts with a high bar for intellectual rigor and business impact
- Work with Senior Director to establish best practices in analytical thinking, experimentation design, and stakeholder communication
- Create scalable processes that enable both speed and quality
- Evolve the Measurement Foundation
- Apply and evolve best-in-class frameworks for campaign performance, retention lift, incremental revenue, and long-term player value
- Implement robust test-and-learn strategies, including permanent holdouts and advanced test/control methodologies
- Drive Strategic Impact
- Provide actionable insights that influence audience targeting, bonus strategy, lifecycle marketing, creative optimization, and promotional investments
- Partner with CRM leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize sustainable player value
- Move the team from descriptive reporting to forward-looking, decision-driving analytics
- Advance Technology & Intelligent Automation
- Identify and implement practical analytical tools and AI-driven approaches to improve the performance of the Casino CRM function
- Ensure new technologies are thoughtfully applied — balancing innovation with measurable ROI
- Elevate Analytical Culture
- Champion experimentation and evidence-based decision-making within the Casino CRM organization
- Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive action
- Raise the standard for how insights inform strategy
Requirements

Nice-to-haves
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, with 2+ years leading teams
- Experience in online gaming
- Experience applying AI/ML or automation thoughtfully to business problems
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with modern data stacks
- Background in engineering, math, computer science, economics, or related quantitative field
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention analytics
