- On‑Site Service Delivery: Travel to customer locations throughout the Mid‑Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest regions (including Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and parts of Canada) to diagnose, repair, and optimize electrical systems.
- Remote Technical Support: Provide timely assistance through email, phone, and video conferencing, acting as the trusted technical voice for customers who need immediate guidance.
- Emergency Response: Join arenaflex’s 24/7 incident response team (dial 1‑844‑855‑5977) to address critical power failures, ensuring rapid restoration and minimal downtime.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record service activities, parts used, and test results in the arenaflex service management system, maintaining a clear audit trail for each customer interaction.
