Core Responsibilities
- Vehicle Delivery & Hauler Operation: Safely transport vehicles from our fulfillment centers to customers’ doors using custom arenaflex car haulers. No commercial license is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Physical Loading & Unloading: Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, inspect the hauler for safety, and ensure each vehicle is secured for transport. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Customer Interaction & Paperwork: Complete all required customer paperwork, capture detailed notes in the arenaflex customer tracking system, and provide a friendly, professional experience that reflects our brand values.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean driving record, adhere to arenaflex’s CMV Driver Qualification policy, and obtain any state‑specific certifications (e.g., Notary public, Chauffeur’s license) within the stipulated timeframes.
- Community Engagement: Represent arenaflex at local events, assist with vending‑machine operations where applicable, and act as a liaison between the company and the neighborhoods we serve.

Shift Structure & Work Schedule
Our delivery teams operate on a flexible schedule that runs from 11 am to 9 pm. Team members are expected to be available to work seven days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekends to ensure a balanced work‑life rhythm.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods (8 + hours per shift).
