  • Operate assigned cash registers efficiently, processing sales, returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions with precision.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, safeguarding cash, credit cards, and other assets at all times.
  • Balance the register at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately.

Merchandise Handling & Stock Replenishment

  • Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, and verify product counts against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product presentation standards in accordance with productivity goals.
  • Assist with merchandising initiatives, including planogram compliance, promotional displays, and seasonal set‑ups.

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep to keep the store spotless.
  • Monitor aisles for spills, hazards, or clutter, taking immediate corrective action to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Participate in deep‑cleaning projects and store audits to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Team Collaboration & Communication
