Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs, including eLearning modules, video tutorials, and hands‑on curriculum for major appliances, HVAC, electrical, and apartment‑industry equipment.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to identify skill gaps, emerging industry trends, and regulatory changes that impact training needs.
  • Create engaging teaching aids such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and interactive computer tutorials that align with adult‑learning principles.
  • Facilitate live virtual sessions, night classes, and on‑demand workshops for technicians, market managers, and service partners, ensuring accessibility for remote learners.
  • Maintain accurate trainee records, track progress, and generate detailed KPI reports that highlight strengths, opportunities, and ROI of training initiatives.
  • Develop actionable training plans, project timelines, and resource schedules with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of all training assets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience troubleshooting and servicing major appliances, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, or related apartment‑industry technologies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences.
