Position Overview

As a Part‑Time Customer Service & Lot Attendant at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers both inside and outside our service centers. You’ll combine exceptional customer service with practical equipment handling—using cutting‑edge arenaflex Scan technology to manage rentals, inspect and maintain trucks and trailers, and ensure every vehicle leaves the lot in top condition. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide clear guidance on arenaflex products and services, both in‑person and via phone or chat.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate smartphone‑based arenaflex Scan tools to process rentals, track inventory, and generate accurate invoices.
  • Equipment Handling: Safely move, hook up, and position arenaflex trucks and trailers; perform routine cleaning, fluid checks, and visual inspections.
  • Inspection & Certification: Complete the arenaflex Equipment Inspection and Verification program (1‑2‑3 Punch Certification) and earn a $300 cash bonus upon successful completion.
  • Installation Services: Install hitches, trailer wiring, and assist customers with basic equipment setup.
  • Fuel & Propane Services: Fill propane tanks and perform related safety checks (certification provided).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work part‑time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Flexibility to perform both indoor (office/desk) and outdoor (lot) duties, including sanitizing vehicles.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, web navigation, and data entry).
