Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, accurate assistance to customers both inside virtual service centers and via phone, chat, or email.
- Utilize arenaflex Scan technology on smartphones and tablets to process rentals, track inventory, and update equipment status in real time.
- Inspect, clean, and verify the condition of trucks, trailers, and accessories, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist customers with equipment hookup, hitch installation, trailer wiring, and propane filling, following certification‑driven procedures.
