  • Self‑schedule your shifts in 30‑minute blocks, ensuring coverage aligns with client demand (typically 8 am – 8 pm EST, with some 24/7 opportunities).
  • Participate in optional performance‑based incentive programs and meet or exceed program‑specific metrics when applicable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience handling inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to manage multiple tabs, windows, and systems without losing focus.
  • Basic typing speed of at least 30 WPM and strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with callers, stay patient under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
