Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Interaction

- Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining brand loyalty.

Sales & Transaction Management
- Operate an assigned cash register with accuracy, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced drawer.
- Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with arenaxflex policies.
- Recommend complementary items, trade‑up products, and promotional merchandise to increase basket size.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area that reflects arenaflex’s high standards of presentation.
Merchandising & Inventory Control
- Keep counters and shelves tidy, well‑stocked, and visually appealing; rotate stock using the first‑in, first‑out method.
- Assist with pricing, receiving, and inventory counts as directed by the Store Manager or Shift Leader.
- Construct and refresh promotional displays, seasonal setups, and super‑structure merchandising.
- Follow asset‑protection procedures to minimize shrinkage and safeguard company profit.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to state and local regulations for age‑restricted items such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
- Separate raw and pre‑cooked foods according to policy, and position items (e.g., raw meats on bottom shelves) to maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly store environment, both interior and exterior, contributing to a safe shopping atmosphere.
Specialized Services
- Provide customer service in the photo department, including digital passport photo capture, poster printing, and creative machine assistance.
- Suggest and upsell promotional photo products, enhancing the guest’s experience and driving additional revenue.
- Manage web‑pick‑up orders: monitor incoming requests, pick items accurately, and deliver them to customers upon arrival.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, complete performance‑linked learning modules, and apply new skills on the floor.

Essential Qualifications
