Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Partner Support: Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from customers and channel partners, providing prompt assistance on order status, pricing questions, and account issues.
  • Financial Forecasting Support: Assist senior finance analysts in preparing quarterly sales forecasts, revenue projections, and margin analyses for North American and international markets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, review, and distribute regular reports on sales performance, price variance, and inventory levels; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, supply chain, and product teams to reconcile discrepancies, process accruals, and ensure accurate financial close activities.
  • Compliance & Tax Coordination: Support the preparation of VAT, CST, and customs documentation; verify tax calculations and assist with quarterly tax filing processes.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to automate data entry workflows, streamline reporting tools, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in ongoing training sessions, share best practices with peers, and mentor new hires on arenaflex systems and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data entry, customer support, or finance operations, preferably within a high‑volume, technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data‑driven analysis and present findings in clear, business‑focused language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
