Role Overview – Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist

As a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first line of contact for internal teams and external partners who rely on accurate data ingestion and timely assistance. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups—including data engineers, product managers, and security analysts—to ensure that data flows smoothly from source systems into our centralized data lake, while also providing courteous phone support to resolve inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
